Who we are
StayBeyond is a short-term rental management company based in Beirut, Lebanon, managing properties across Lebanon and in Paris, France. For anything in this policy, write to info@staybeyond.co.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. Bookings are confirmed on Airbnb or directly with our team, never through an online payment on this site.
Why we use it
- To answer you. Enquiries, bookings and job applications are read by our team so we can reply, assess a property, confirm availability, or consider an application.
- To run the service. If you become an owner client or a guest, we use your details to manage the relationship, the property and the stay.
- To improve the website. Analytics show us which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping records required by law or responding to a lawful request.
For visitors in the European Union, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract (enquiries, bookings, applications), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business (analytics, record keeping).
Where it is kept and for how long
Form submissions are stored in our website database and emailed to the StayBeyond team. CV files are stored in a private area of our server that is not reachable from the internet. Our website is hosted in the European Union.
- Owner enquiries: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or for as long as you are a client and for the legally required period afterwards.
- Job applications and CVs: kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future openings, then deleted. Tell us if you would like them deleted sooner.
- WhatsApp and email conversations: kept for as long as needed to handle your booking or request and any follow-up.
- Analytics data: retained according to Google's settings, which we keep at the standard period.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting and email providers that store the website and deliver our messages.
- Google, for analytics through Google Tag Manager.
- Cal.com, which runs the consultation booking calendar.
- Airbnb and WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us or book through them. Their own privacy policies apply to what you do on their platforms.
- Property owners, who receive the guest information needed for a stay in their property, and nothing more.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics, which sets cookies to recognise returning visits and measure how the site is used. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working without them. The site also sets a technical session cookie that protects the forms against misuse and is deleted when you close your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data, including a CV you sent us;
- stop using your data for a particular purpose.
Email info@staybeyond.co and we will answer within 30 days.
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Contact and changes
Questions about this policy go to info@staybeyond.co. If we change the policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and significant changes will be flagged on the site.
